  • There are many ways to create a resistance training workout.
  • The above video discusses and demonstrates an advanced resistance training style commonly referred to as “giant sets”
  • In this type of workout, you cluster 2-3 exercises for the same muscle group prior to moving on to another muscle group.
  • The purpose of a giant set workout is to achieve muscle fatigue.
