What you need to know

• The Next Steps Alumni Support Group uses the familiar platform of Facebook
  • A Facebook account and profile are required
  • All graduates of the Central East Regional Cardiovascular Rehab Program are welcome to join (must agree and adhere to group rules)
  • The group is private and cannot be ‘searched’ from the Facebook platform
  • Reach out to the Next Steps Team to gain access [nextsteps@shn.ca]
• The group is administered and moderated by The Next Steps Team Lead and Next Steps Volunteer Ambassadors.
