Event Details:

Join an Exercise Therapist and learn (1) how vascular disease (including cardiovascular disease) develops, (2) how exercise can manage and prevent future cardiovascular events, and (3) how much exercise is suggested to improve your heart and vascular health. The event will open in Teams.

Join our Registered Dietitian, Valerie, for our mini-talk on Reading Food Labels. Following the mini-talk, we will lead you through a warmup and resistance training session. Exercises can be modified to use dumbbells, exercise bands, household items, or bodyweight.  The event will open in Teams.
