Seated Aerobic Training

General instructions

  • This is a low-to-medium intensity seated aerobic workout.
  • Always stay within your comfort zone.
  • Modify the movements and pace as needed.
  • Do not perform any exercise that causes you pain or discomfort. Speak to your Exercise Therapist for another option.
  • If you develop symptoms during this session, stop exercising. If symptoms worsen, seek medical attention.
