Zumba (Moderate-to-High Intensity)

General instructions

  • This is a medium-to-high intensity Zumba workout. Always stay within your comfort zone.
  • Speak to your Exercise Therapist before performing high-intensity exercise.
  • Always complete a warmup and a cool down before and after exercise.
  • We encourage you to modify the movements and pace as needed.
  • Do not perform any exercise that causes you pain or discomfort. Speak to your Exercise Therapist for another option.
  • If you develop symptoms during this session, stop exercising. If symptoms worsen, seek medical attention.
