Event Details: An Exercise Therapist will deliver this week's mini-talk on Blood Pressure & Your Health. Following the mini-talk, an Exercise Therapist will guide you through a 30-minute warmup and resistance training session. Exercises can be adapted to utilize dumbbells, exercise bands, household items, or bodyweight.

Event Details: An Exercise Therapist with additional training in yoga will guide you through a 30-minute Yoga Practice, incorporating both seated and standing positions. The focus will be on flexibility, strengthening and breathing techniques. All you will need for this event is a sturdy chair, non-slip shoes, and a comfortable space.
