Mini Talk & Resistance Training

Join our Registered Dietitian for our mini talk on Canada’s Food Guide. Following the mini-talk, we will lead you through a warmup and resistance training session. Exercises can be modified to use dumbbells, exercise bands, household items, or bodyweight. The event will open in Microsoft Teams.
