Aerobic Training

This is a low to medium intensity aerobics class that focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
As this is a new class, feedback is appreciated! Would you like to see more seated or standing aerobics classes added to the schedule?
