Join us for an interactive warm-up and resistance training session. Exercises can be modified to use dumbbells, exercise bands, household items, or body weight. After we finish the resistance training session we will review the weekly education topic. The event will open in Microsoft Teams. We encourage you to turn on your camera for this event.
