Event Details: An Exercise Therapist with additional training in yoga will guide you through a 30-minute Yoga Practice, incorporating both seated and standing positions. The focus will be on flexibility, strengthening and breathing techniques. All you will need for this event is a sturdy chair, non-slip shoes, and a comfortable space.

During this informative session, you will learn (1) how vascular disease (including cardiovascular disease) develops, (2) how exercise can manage and prevent future cardiovascular events, and (3) how much exercise is suggested to improve your heart and vascular health.
