Heart Month Special: Cooking Class with the Registered Dietitian – Heart Shaped Pizza and Arugula Salad

Event Details: Join Registered Dietitian, Tara, for a series of informative and interactive online cooking classes designed specifically for individuals living with or at risk for cardiovascular disease. Each class will feature 1-2 recipes from the heart-healthy recipe book. Also, each class will include live cooking demonstrations, evidence-based nutrition tips, healthy ingredient swaps and meal planning strategies. Be sure to have your ingredients and equipment ready to go before the class so you can follow along. No prior cooking experience is needed- just a desire to take charge of your health, one meal at a time! This week's recipe is Heart Shaped Pizza and Arugula Salad.
