Event Details: This live education session is on Tobacco, Cannabis & Vaping. Smoking is the number one independent risk factor for heart disease. A Certified Tobacco Educator will talk about tobacco, cannabis, and vaping. Whether you are ready to become smoke free, are thinking about quitting, or just want to learn more about these products, this talk is for you

Event Details: This live education session is on Understanding Heart Medications. A cardiac pharmacist will lead you through how cardiovascular disease develops, and how medications can manage and prevent future cardiovascular events. In this informative presentation, you will learn why you were prescribed your current medications, and how those medications can influence your health.

Live Education & Exercise Session: Question Corner and Resistance Training 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Event Details: An Exercise Therapist will answer your questions regarding your cardiac rehab journey. After an Exercise Therapist will guide you through a 30-minute warmup and resistance training session. Exercises can be adapted to utilize dumbbells, exercise bands, household items, or bodyweight.
