Event Details: Join an Exercise Therapist and learn (1) how vascular disease (including cardiovascular disease) develops, (2) how exercise can manage and prevent future cardiovascular events, and (3) how much exercise is suggested to improve your heart and vascular health. Mini-Talk: Keeping Exercise Safe 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm Online
Knowing how to identify signs of heart-related symptoms (angina) to keep your exercise program safe is a key skill we hope you learn from the cardiac rehab program. Join our Exercise Therapists to learn the signs of heart-related symptoms (angina) and how to differentiate between angina and muscle-related discomfort.
