Join Registered Dietitian, Tara, for a series of informative and interactive online cooking classes designed specifically for individuals living with or at risk for cardiovascular disease. Each class will feature 1-2 recipes from the heart-healthy recipe book. Also, each class will include live cooking demonstrations, evidence-based nutrition tips, healthy ingredient swaps and meal planning strategies. Be sure to have your ingredients and equipment ready to go before the class so you can follow along.
