Reading Food Labels with Dietitian & Resistance Training

Join us for our mini-talk on Reading Food Labels with our Registered Dietitian. Following the mini-talk, we will lead you through a warmup and resistance training session. Exercises can be modified to use dumbbells, exercise bands, household items, or bodyweight.
