Join our Registered Dietitian, Valerie, for our mini-talk on Reading Food Labels. Following the mini-talk, we will lead you through a warmup and resistance training session. Exercises can be modified to use dumbbells, exercise bands, household items, or bodyweight. The event will open in Teams.
