Live Session: Mini Talk with Resistance Training

An Exercise Therapist will deliver this week’s mini-talk on Stress & Your Health. Following the mini-talk, an Exercise Therapist will guide you through a 30-minute warmup and resistance training session. Exercises can be adapted to utilize dumbbells, exercise bands, household items, or bodyweight.
