Live Exercise Session: Resistance & Balance Training

An Exercise Therapist will guide you through a 30-minute resistance and balance training session. Exercises can be adapted to utilize dumbbells, exercise bands, household items, or bodyweight.
During the live event, you will be able to ask questions to our Exercise Therapist and provide us with feedback using the Q&A box
