Live Exercise Session: Balance Training

An Exercise Therapist will guide you through a 30-minute balance training program, incorporating both seated and standing positions. All you will need for this event is a sturdy chair and non-slip shoes.
During the live event, you will be able to ask questions to our Exercise Therapist, and provide us with feedback using the Q&A box.
