Live Exercise Session: Chair Yoga & Beginner Meditation

An Exercise Therapist with additional training in yoga will guide you through a 30-minute Yoga Practice and beginner meditation. The focus will be on flexibility, strengthening and breathing techniques. All you will need for this event is a sturdy chair, non-slip shoes, and a comfortable space.


During the live event, you will be able to ask questions to our Exercise Therapist, and provide us with feedback using the Q&A box.
