Live Exercise Session: Floor Yoga

An Exercise Therapist with additional training in yoga will guide you through a 30-minute Yoga Practice, incorporating floor and standing positions. The focus will be on flexibility, strengthening and breathing techniques. You can use a mat or a non-slip surface. Have close by a chair if required, yoga strap or towel, and/or yoga block or book.
During the live event, you will be able to ask questions to our Exercise Therapist, and provide us with feedback using the Q&A box.
