Live Exercise Session: Warmup & Resistance Training

An Exercise Therapist will guide you through a 30-minute warmup and resistance training session. Completing regular resistance training not only increases muscle strength and endurance, but can also improve heart and lung function, reduce blood pressure, control blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and improve mental health and wellbeing. Exercises can be adapted to utilize dumbbells, exercise bands, household items, or bodyweight.
During the live event, you will be able to ask questions to our Exercise Therapist and provide us with feedback using the Q&A box.
