Live Session: Sleep Mini-Talk & Resistance Training

An Exercise Therapist will deliver this week’s mini-talk on Sleep and Your Health. Following the mini-talk, an Exercise Therapist will guide you through a 30-minute warmup and resistance training session.  Exercises can be adapted to utilize dumbbells, exercise bands, household items, or bodyweight.


During the live event, you will be able to ask questions to our Exercise Therapist and provide us with feedback using the Q&A box
