Live Education & Exercise Session

This week’s mini-talk is on Exercise Prescription & Progression. Exercising at the right intensity is important for your safety and to ensure your fitness goals can be achieved. In this mini talk, you will learn (1) how an exercise prescription is developed, (2) when and how to progress your own exercise prescription, and (3) the dos and don’ts of increasing your exercise prescription safely.

 

Following the mini-talk education session, an Exercise Therapist will guide you through a 30-minute warmup and resistance training session.  Exercises can be adapted to utilize dumbbells, exercise bands, household items, or bodyweight.

 

During the live event, you will be able to ask questions to our Exercise Therapist and provide us with feedback using the Q&A box.
