Join us for our mini-talk Stand Up: The Negative Impact of Sedentary Behaviour. Following the mini-talk, we will lead you through a warmup and resistance training session. Exercises can be modified to use dumbbells, exercise bands, household items, or body weight. The event will open in Microsoft Teams.
